The participation of the Order of the Doctors in the III Congress of the Portuguese Language Medical Community.

The sponsorship allowed that the Order of the Doctors in Cape Verde would participate in the referred event, which took place in the Palace of Congress, in Lisbon, from February, 19th to 21st, 2009, in which themes of elevated quality were presented and enabled the Exchange of experiences with colleagues and renowned university professors from countries that compose the Portuguese Language Medical Community.

Displacement of the group "Rola Samba" to Sta Catarina:

The Moura Company Group has sponsored and displaced the group of liveliness and batucada Rola Samba, to the City of Assomada to perform in a show that took place in that city last Saturday, September, 13th. The group was composed of 14 elements and the displacement counted on some stops in the countryside of the Santiago Island.

1st Anniversary of the Association towards the Deficient People of São Miguel:

For the occasion of the commemoration of the 1st anniversary of the Association towards the Deficient People of São Miguel our enterprise supported the same in the acquisition of food stuff for the accomplishment of the lunch commemorating the date.

Study Visit to the Rabelados Community:

On the scope of the social policy of the enterprise, the Moura Company sponsors the displacement of 70 students of the 1st Course of deputy chiefs of the National Police to the Rabelados Community in Espinho Branco for a Study Visit on July, 20th.

Veteran tournament in Cape Verde and Diaspora:

Aiming at the participating in a veteran tournament in the city of Oporto - Portugal from July, 20th to 28th, 2008, the Moura Company Group shared financially the displacement of the Sporting and Recreative Group Bá-Bolacha from Achada Santo António.

Displacement of the faithful friends of the Parish of Santo Amaro Abade to Praia:

At the time of the ordination of the Deacon Egídio Alves dos Santos in Fogo Island, our enterprise sponsors the displacement of the faithful friends of the parish of Santo Amaro Abade (Tarrafal - Santiago) to the Port of Praia on July, 17th, and from the former to the latter on the 23th, disposing a bus with the capacity for 30 passengers.

Commemoration of the three years of existence of the Squad of Achada S Filipe:

On the scope of the activities commemorating the three years of existence of the Squad of São Filipe - , the Moura Company Group sponsored a displacement to Santa Cruz, on July, 15th, for a social intercourse between all its contingents, relatives, friends, and invitees, disposing the same buses with capacity for 30 seats.

Commemorative activities of the 15th anniversary of the Judiciary Police (PJ):

Our enterprise sponsored, on the scope of the program of the commemorative activities of the 15th anniversary of the Judiciary Police, which took place on May, 3rd of the current month, the carrying out of a tour/social intercourse in São Jorginho with two buses

The commemorative festivities of the 150 anniversary of Praia:

The sponsorship consisted of the availability of two buses of tourism to the Municipality of Praia

1st Edition of the “Tournament of nôs pikinoti:

The Moura Company Group is one of the sponsors of the 1st Edition of the Tournament of “nôs pikinoti” reserved to disfavored children, whose ages lay between 8 and 14.This tournament has been carried out at the Cape Verdean Federation Stage Center since April, 27^th, and extends up to June, 1st.

Making of 50 T-shirt for the Juvenile Group S Paulo:

The group, of religious countenance, made use of T-shirts with imprint of the name of the same mess celebrated on May, 1st in São Filipe – Praia, which was framed in the festivities of the patron saint of the locality.

SIPROFIS on the Teacher´s Day:

Our enterprise sponsored the Santiago Island Teacher´s Trade Union with 10 buses to displace to Cidade Velha in a tour/intercourse on the scope of the program commemorating the Teacher´s Day – April,24th.

ABSS Mini- Basket Association Journey:

The Moura Company Group sponsored the Southern Santiago Basketball Association in a displacement of athletes to the Municipality of São Lourenço dos Órgãos on March, 30th, Sunday, to participate in a mini-basket journey in a bus with capacity for 85 people, leaving from the Sporting Gym in Chã d’Areia – Praia at 07h40 a.m. and returning from the mentioned above place at 2 h30 p.m.. That Association, in its turn, is going to contribute for the promotion of the renown in its activities, namely in the sensitizing of the children on the need to preserve the physical environment of the buses.
